The dog breath boosts immune system and releases toxins.
Sit in a comfortable cross legged position or on a chair, feet

flat on the floor. Straight spine, chin in and chest out.
Stick out your tongue as much as you can and begin breathing quickly in and out through your month, like a panting dog. Start with 1 minute and build up to 3 minutes.
To finish: inhale, hold your breath and press your tongue to the upper palate, exhale. Repeat 2 more times.
Note: Saliva may come out your mouth, it's the release of the toxins. Have tissue at hand!
Advanced techniques for a deeper effect, relax your hands on your knees and slightly press the thumbs with the index fingers. Focus your closed eyes to your third eye point.
